[ROM]Enigma v5.5 12/9/2013 | Speedy is not enough | JB Xperia P

Enigma ROM is meant for performance with a nice balance with battery consumption (using a nice built kernel with init.d support) and lots of features.It will speed up your system and it will consume less ram. It will work with Xperia P at the moment) 

The thread is for JB based version so as to keep things clean and clear.

How to be prepared

  Flash latest Sony Stock JB Rom

• Unlock your bootloader using instructions here unlockbootloader.sonymobile.com/instructions
• Flash a custom kernel. I prefer Nemesis Kernel which you can find here If you want your BL locked then you are ready to go.
• Root your device (if you flash one of the kernels i mentioned then your device will be rooted)
• Install CWM recovery (when flashing one of the kernels i mentioned CWM recovery is integrated so you do not need to install CWM by yourself).
• If you want your bootloader locked please search the forums to find the correct CWM installation method which needs rooting your device first and re-apply when flashing is finished.

Installation

  Flash a custom kernel (Nemesis v5.3 or any other) and boot to CWM recovery and flash Enigma v5.5 ROM Then let it boot and settle up. (If you run on locked BL then power on and install CWM Recovery for locked BL)

• Flash Nemesis v5.4 Kernel (or any other) and enter CWM Recovery.Then wipe data/factory reset , wipe cache and dalvik cache and reboot.
• Your device will reboot and let it settle for couple of minutes.It may tell you that Hangout needs the google services to be updated.Just proceed to next step
• Flash the Addon_Step which you can find in Downloads (Only for those who want 160 characters when writing sms)
• Reboot one more time to enable other tweaks
• Your are done!!!
